Today, we are very proud to enter into a new collaboration with the Master of Companion Animal Clinical Science programme at University of Copenhagen on a European Certificate, Companion Animal Surgery and Master Programme in Companion Animal Clinical Science (Surgery), says Anneli Bjöersdorff DVM, PhD, AniCura Group Education Manager
The postgraduate programmes are developed to meet the need to educate more companion animal veterinarians in advanced surgery, while working in clinical practice. The joint vision is to further the professional level in both primary and referral practice, ultimately heightening quality of care for companion animals and their families across Europe.
- Distinguished key features of the programmes are research and evidence-based theoretical content including focus on hands-on training, says Dorthe Hansen DVM, Master CACS (surgery), AniCura Surgery Programme Director.
The programmes are open for all eligible veterinarians. Admission is open from March 1, 2022
