For the emergency procedures workshop it is recommended that you bring scrubs/clinics clothes. For the rest of the days only casual clothing is needed.

Practical Information and Accommodation

For the planning of these days we need to have some information from you. Please respond by the latest March 15th.

We will be staying at Novarello Hotel Resort & Spa, Novara, about 1 hour from Milano, Italy. Please note that AniCura Group covers the cost of training, lunch and dinner during these days and also accommodation. Travel to and from the training is to be covered by your clinic. We strongly recommend flying into Milan Malpensa Airport as it the closest airport and we will only be organizing transfers from this airport to the hotel.

You can read more about the hotel through this link: https://www.novarellovillaggioazzurro.com/en/  . Please note that there are no shops nearby Novarello as it is in a remote location.

There is no space in the schedule for sight-seeing. If you wish to do so, we recommend arriving a day earlier or stay an extra day.

Booking of the room

Rooms have been reserved from the night before, April 20th, until the 23rd for Group A and from April 21st, until the 24th for Group B.

If you need an extra night at the hotel due to there being no return flights available in the evening, please let us as soon as possible.

Due to the arrival at separate times on the 20th (Group A) and on the 21st (Group B), a drop-in dinner is booked where a hot meal including 1 glass of wine/beer is available in the restaurant between 20.00- 21.00.

How to get to Novarello Hotel Resort & Spa - Novara

From Milan Malpensa Airport
We are able to offer two group transfers from and to Milan Malpensa Airport to Novarello via Airport Transfers MXP. We will collect information from you such as arrival time and flight number closer to the training.

There are two more airports out side of Milano - Bergamo and Linate. Unfortunatly we are not able to offer transport from these two airports. If you travel to Bergamo or Linate you need to arrange transport to Novarello yourself. Please note that these airports are very far from Novara.

Please contact us if you have any questions!

Best wishes,

Vittoria Di Giacomo
