Accommodation and Travel
To finalise arrangements, please provide the necessary information by March 1st, as we must notify the hotel of any changes and dietary requirements.
We will be staying at Scandic Arlandastad, near Stockholm Arlanda Airport. AniCura Group covers costs of training, lunch, dinner and accommodation (single rooms are booked). However, travel costs are covered by your clinic and you are required to do your own travel booking.
Rooms are reserved from March 23rd (night before) to March 26th (three nights). The schedule does not include sightseeing in Stockholm - if interested, consider arriving earlier or staying longer.
If no flights are available the same day as the course ends, an extra night can be provided if there is availability at the hotel. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is required.

Transfers
As a staying guest at Scandic Arlandastad you are entitled to free transfers, subject to availability, to and from Arlanda between 04:00-23:50. To be able to book your transfer you need to have a reservation with a reservation number at Scandic Arlandastad.

If you arrive early!
* Spend some time in Stockholm, take the buss from Pionjärsvägen (5 minute walk) to the train station Märsta, then train to Stockholm Central.
* Spend some time in Uppsala, take the buss from Pionjärsvägen (5 minute walk) to the train station Märsta, then train to Uppsala Station.
* The hotel has a very small gym and relax area.
Practical information
No specific clothing is required for the training. Lecture notes will be shared digitally in advance, so bring your preferred note-taking materials.
The restaurant at the hotel is open 17.00 - 21.00. If you arrive earlier or later, you will need to bring snacks/food as there are no shops near the hotel or have lunch/dinner at Arlanda Airport before taking the transfer to the hotel.
