The digital healthcare provider,, and AniCura have entered into an agreement to develop a new healthcare app for pets in Europe. has Sweden’s most popular healthcare app and AniCura is a leading European provider of veterinary care treating more than 2.5 million pets every year.

As a leading player within digital healthcare and with AniCura’s international scale, we will get a European platform and even stronger business model, says Martin Lindman, CEO and co-founder of has had the most downloaded app for healthcare in App Store and Google Play since the autumn 2018. The company was founded 2016 and has thus far used its technology on the Swedish market. The development of the veterinary care app is under way and is estimated to launch later this year.

Altogether this equals 289 million pets which is 28 times the population of Sweden.
