Today, Mars Petcare completed the acquisition of AniCura and AniCura is now part of Mars Petcare’s family of veterinary care businesses.
In June 2018, Mars announced that they had entered into an agreement to acquire AniCura and in October, Mars obtained approval from the European Commission.
Today, the acquisition of AniCura was completed and AniCura is now part of Mars Petcare’s family of veterinary care businesses alongside US-based Blue Pearl, VCA Hospitals, Pet Partners and Banfield as well as UK-based Linnaeus.
