The content of this website belongs to AniCura and is protected by copyright. AniCura is a registered trademark. It is not permitted to crop, change the colour of, or alter the logo in any way. All brands, logotypes, symbols, images and other distinguishing marks belong to AniCura unless otherwise indicated.

All of the images may be used and published in connection with articles and interviews that involve or mention AniCura on the condition that "Copyright AniCura" is always indicated upon publication.

Except where expressly indicated to the contrary, it is permitted to copy, print out and disseminate documents published on the website on the following conditions:

No pictures of patients or pet owners have been published without the pet owner's written permission. AniCura attaches great importance to, and respects, personal integrity and does not collect or process personal details unless the individual concerned has submitted them willingly. AniCura complies with national data protection laws that govern the use and collection of data.

AniCura's use of cookies

This website uses cookies to help us adapt it for use by our visitors. We do not store personal information about our visitors.

According to the Electronic Communications Act and in accordance with similar legislation in other EU member states, everyone who visits a website that uses cookies must be informed that the website contains cookies, what they are used for and how they may be avoided; visitors must be given the opportunity to agree to their use.

Personal data processing in the recruitment process

If you apply for a job your personal data will be registered with and processed by AniCura. The purpose of the registration is to enable us to handle the recruitment process in question and to use the data for future recruitments. Only personal data necessary for the purpose of the recruitment, such as contact details and records to evaluate the applicant’s suitability and career opportunities, will be processed.

We therefore want to make you aware of that by applying for a job, you give your consent to such processing. You furthermore consent to AniCura saving, using and possibly sharing your personal data in order to process your application and to communicate with you or your references when needed in accordance with the purpose of the processing. The data will not be used in any other purpose than the purpose defined here. Any data stored will furthermore not be saved for a longer period of time than what is necessary given the purpose for the processing.

AniCura is the controller of your personal data and is committed to not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. The controller will, however, share your personal data with relevant personal data processers when needed in relation to the purpose for the processing. For example, a vendor of a recruitment system acts as a data processor when they help AniCura with gathering your information via a recruitment tool.

You have the right to request an excerpt of the personal data stored about you once per year and to change the data if it is inaccurate as well as to get it deleted if the processing lacks legal basis.

Social Media Policy

AniCura's policy extends confidentiality to every customer. This means that patient cases are never discussed or referred to on social media without consent. Pictures of patients or pet owners may not be posted or published without the pet owner's permission.

We ask people who post on our Facebooks pages to not to disclose personal data. If you do disclose personal data, we may remove your post for your own security. We reserve the right to remove posts and comments with commercial content. We will also remove posts that lack relevance to the subject matter.

AniCura will not accept posts or comments in breach of the law or which have racist, sexual or violent content or contain derogatory opinions about gender, race, religion or sexuality. Profanity, uncouth language or attacks against individuals will not be accepted. Posts that contain personal attacks and/or information covered by patient confidentiality may be removed and/or reported out of respect for patients, pet owners and employees alike. We are required by law to remove posts that contain insulting personal information.

If you need help with a specific case, we ask that you contact the animal hospital or clinic the case concerns.
