AniCura Aarhus Dyrehospital requires a specialist in Neurology, preferably with special interest in Internal Medicine, to join our multi-disciplinary, companion animal specialist practice.

The successful applicant will join our existing team of ophthalmologist, oncologist, surgeons, cardiologist and dermatologist. The Neurology practice is a busy part of our business and we offer a wide range of services including full IDEXX laboratory, high end ultrasound as well as in-house 64-slice CT and access to 1,5 T MRI.

Candidates should be agreeable and enthusiastic with good communication skills and willing to take part in a strong team and work in a family-like atmosphere. We expect the applicant to take part in the further development of our Neurology practice and strengthening of our unique leading position in Neurology in Denmark. Furthermore we encourage an applicant who will take part in the further development of Neurology and Internal Medicine within the AniCura Group; this may include education of veterinarians and implementation of “best practice” in different clinics throughout Europe.

The candidate should be an ECVN or ECVIM-CA Diplomate or have equivalent documented qualifications. Working hours, full-time, are 37 h/week, but part time employment is a possibility.  Knowledge of the Danish language is not required, however, we expect a willingness to acquire basic skills in the language.
