Why did I become a veterinary nurse? After graduating from the gymnasium I went to work at a horse hospital and one of the veterinarians encouraged me to apply as a Veterinary nurse.
What is the most fun that happened at work during the week? Our dog fashion show that we arrange at our clinic.
What was most challenging at work during the week? When a pet owner had to say goodbye to an old friend.
Funniest/most odd meeting with an animal: On a trip to Israel we went camel back riding in the desert. My camel didn’t like men and made the funniest sound when my dad or my brother got close.
Favourite subject in veterinary care: Nutrition.
The most common question at work from pet owners: Isn’t your job exciting?
My first animal or my first encounter with an animal: Maistro – a Danish Warmblood gelding.
Current animal: Onto – an 8-year-old Labrador retriever.
What do you read right now? I’ve just finished ”Selfies” by Jussi Adler-Olsen.
