About the job
We are a small animal hospital with approx. 20 veterinarians including Diplomates in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Dermatology and Surgery as well as National Specialists in Small Animals and Dentistry. The majority of our work are referral cases and also emergency cases.
The residency will be run according to our approved residency programme of 4 yrs duration
In addition to the regulations of the ECVIM-CA the resident will be performing ultrasound examinations. The resident will be working in a setting of a private clinic with a high dedication to service towards the animals, the customers and the referring veterinarians.
Several externships are included in the residency programme
Your profile
Rotating internship (small animals) of at least 12 months duration under the supervision of a EBVS certified diplomate or equivalent. A case log of the internship should be provided on request
At least 1 year of work in a private clinic
German veterinary licence (Approbation) or equivalent
Requisite qualification in radiation protection (Fachkunde im Strahlenschutz)
Excellent command of the German language in reading and writing
Letter of reference from internship supervisor and other employments if applicable
