AniCura Animal Oncology and Imaging (AOI) is a unique veterinary centre focused on high quality oncology and diagnostic imaging located in the county of Zug, in the centre of Switzerland.
Our team consists of 6 veterinarians (with board certification in Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology), one medical physicist, one radiographer and 4 veterinary technicians.
At AOI we provide in-house imaging service, particularly to our oncologist, with whom we closely interact, then we have a great veterinary clientele referring specifically for ultrasound and CT examinations, as well as standing MR for horses. In addition, we offer tele radiology service to our colleagues.
We are looking for an additional Specialist in Diagnostic Imaging (European or American board certified, or board eligible) to join our current team and take over a leading role in diagnostic imaging.
The position can be full time or part time. As we plan to expand our service, enthusiastic, dynamic individuals with ambitions and leadership skills are particularly welcome. We are willing to shape the position to the needs of the applicant and we are prepared to invest in new equipment accordingly.
Our Center is located in a beautiful area of Switzerland, close to lakes and the mountains, with numerous outdoor possibilities. For cultural experience, Zurich and Lucern can easily be reached within 25 minutes by train.
The local language is (Swiss) German, but candidates with knowledge in French or Italian are also encouraged to apply.
