The Urgent Care Series is a new AniCura e-learning aiming to provide veterinarians and nurses from all our hospitals with robust confidence when dealing with urgent case scenarios most commonly seen in practice.
In this module we will start from what it is the first and essential step in any clinical case: Triage
We will discuss emergency presentations in general, including stabilization of the respiratory, cardiovascular and neurological systems. We will also go through the concepts of emergency triage. Focus will be on having a systematic approach to working up emergency cases, in order to build clinician confidence and also improve patient outcome.
The course language is English but you also have the possibility to see subtitles in other available languages.
The lenght of this on-demand session will be 1 hour approx.
The course is aimed for veterinary nurses and veterinarians that want to improve their skills in Triage.
